Manual Processing Included
If an automatic solution fails, returns an error or requires verification, submit the original file through the application and request manual processing from an engineer.

Stage 1 Is Manual
Stage 1 files are exclusively prepared manually by an engineer. They are not generated as a generic one-click automatic Stage 1 file.

Custom File Requests
If an ECU is not listed, or you need an additional supported function, upload the file in the application and send a manual request to the engineering team.
Examples of custom requests: Pops & Bangs, Launch Control, Hardcut / Rev Limiter, speed-limiter related requests and other ECU-specific functions — depending on vehicle, ECU and engineer review.
Custom functions and vehicle modifications are subject to ECU compatibility and applicable legal, road-use and emissions requirements in the user's jurisdiction.
